GOAL :
TO IMPROVE ENGLISH WRITING SKILL AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1. To enable high school students write well in English.
2. To acknowledge the variety of English writing skill.
3. To write English according to the structure.
4. To improve writing skill.
5. To improve grammatical structure in writing.
6. To break the writing paragraph into introduction, short story and conclusion.
7. Write well essay, letter and formal writing for high school students.
8. To improve English language.
9. To differentiate between examples of good and bad English writing.
10. To make sure the writing is appropriate fro high school students.

Below are the task for Instructional Designer for e-Learning Project
1. Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify what students need to learn
- Subject Matter Experts really knows about the content which is to deliver in the project.
2. Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives

3. Revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs
- Flowchart
4. Structure content and activities for student learning
- Content Structure
5. Create media to support learning
6. Develop assessments (note that this does not only mean tests)
- According to ADDIE model, we need to evaluate the project.
7. Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format
- usually this is adapting materials from face-to-face to e-learning.
